Hello my name is Samantha Lindsey. I need to call back immediately for my exam on the 22nd. I'm not able to log in because of the authenticator. I have a brand new iPhone so I need to reset it up on my new iPhone. My phone number is the same which is 407686 5330. Thank you.

My exam was cancelled (5/20/25) by the proctor and Kryterion will not allow us to see the score or reopen the test, as I had not yet submitted it. The proctor alert read that I was looking away from the camera when I was using the calculator. I was given the opportunity to speak with or message a proctor to explain the situation. When I was attempting to review questions from my completed exam another warning came on my screen and then shut my exam down and forced me to exit.

Hi Support Team,I am not receiving the support that I need. There appears to be a problem with me logging in and out. Once I get in to take practice exams or review material, I can not log back in unless I enter a new password. As per instruction, I have changed my password numerous times which forces me to get numerous Authentications Codes. I have been locked out numerous times and requested live help from and instructions from your team so that I can gain access to HUD Housing Counselors.com. In response, your team continues to send me the same instructions.

Hi my name is Melinda Mascot. My number is 617-704-1458. I'm having a problem logging in. It keeps telling me contact support for login. I hit the I did the reset. I can't even explain how many times but I I'm still able to do like the press practice exams and also like the modules but it's just not allowing me in any way shape of word to log in.
