It won't let me log in.

Yes, my name is Jerry Kelly and I'm trying to set up for my Heckham counseling exam and when I went to log in yesterday it was telling me the password was incorrect so I hit the reset password. It said it would e-mail me something. I haven't received it yet. Check my junk and spam mail and clutter and all that. Don't see anything.

I'm trying to login to schedule my hecm exam. I tried the reset password option today and yesterday, but have not received the reset email and have checked my spam, junk, and clutter files. I left a message with my cell # (918)829-5324 if someone could please contact me asap so I can login and shedule this exam.
