how do i sign up to take the test through kryterion

Reschedule Exam. Our office was closed due to poor weather conditions in our area. I was not able to come in and reschedule my exam prior to the test time. Would it be possible to reschedule. Thank you!

I am reaching out for one of my counselors, Lori Miller-Sieckert. She received an email response from a Help Ticket (#35916) she had submitted prior that rescheduling her exam would be $60; but when she goes into reschedule her exam, it is requesting the full $100. I have attempted to call to discuss, but am unable to reach any one or leave a voicemail for a return call. Thank you.
