Issue The caller was interested in becoming a housing counselor and wondered how the process worked.
Support: I explained that the certification was not live and would not be done until the final rule was published. She asked if there was a timeline on the final rule and I told her I had no idea. I then suggested she could call HUD and she was amenable. I gave her the (800) number for HUD and we disconnected.

Support: I confirmed that there was no audio and then the caller found the information on the website itself.

I paid for an exam back in April that I never took and never recieved my money back or to rescheduling
I passed the HUD Exam and provided counseling. I no no longer work for the orginization and would like to continue HUD counseling - how do I do this?
