Your systems were experiencing technical issues on 12/12/22. My HUD exam was scheduled for 12/14/22. I was unable to process my request for a refund due to the system issues. A ticket was created but never resolved.

Rosie Delgado called and was stating that she couldn't not hear the training videos and had tried on multiple devices. We informed the candidate that the training videos do not have audio.
