I would like to know if there is an expiration on the training. I completed modules that are no longer appearing as completed. It appears that I did not take any training. I noticed some updates to the system in September but I'm still concerned that my training is not appearing as completed. Before I complete any additional modules, how can I confirm what has already been completed and be assured that this won't happen again?

I am getting an error message when I log onto take my certification exam. I have taken a picture of the error message.

We are recently experiencing a blizzard that is subjecting the panhandle of Nebraska to unforseen highway closures. I am scheduled to take my HUD Certififation Exam in Scottsbluff NE and I do not believe the roads will be open and clear in time to make it to my test site safely. Is there a possibility for a reschedule due to unforseen circumstances? Thank you!
