The whiteboard will be available during your exam. We do not currently have a practice white board available, but it is similar to Microsoft Notepad or Apple Notes in that it provides a blank field for typing notes.

It appears that you have already registered and have an active account. The practice exam is free and accessible in both English and Spanish. You may take the practice exam as many times as you would like.
You do not need to be a housing counselor to take the practice exam; it is available to anyone who creates a HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov account.
To access the practice exam, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.
I completed the Exam and passed in January 2020. I was at City of Fall River, MA

The purpose of HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov is to help counselors prepare for the HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam and provide access to the exam. After passing the exam and transferring the results to FHA Connection, counselor certification activities shift from HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov to FHA Connection.
