I completed the step but not. Cannot get in the exam?

My name is MisIvy Reittie. I took and passed my HUD Housing Counseling certification but I never received a certificate. I couldn’t upload it to FHA Connection because it asked me what agency I was going to use the certification with. However, my current place of employment isn’t a designated housing counseling site.

Is there any way that you can send me my certificate and my results?

I took my exam on July 21st, 2021 at a USF testing site in Tampa, FL.

The "coupon/voucher" field is a standard field for the testing company. HUD does not provide voucher or coupon codes to offset exam costs. You may skip the "Submit" button and select "Check Out" at the bottom of the page to complete your purchase.

I cant get the glossary to come back up

how many questions are on the test and how many can one miss to pass successfully?

Rosibel Delgado called to get instructions on how to cancel her online exam then register for an in-person test. 

I have two conflicting times listed for my exam scheduled on March 7th. My online exam time says 11:30 AM
The receipt says 13:30 PM

I'm hoping I signed up for 11:30 am. Can you please confirm my time.
