Module 1.1 says "page not found". All other modules seem to work fine. This one does not.

Why won't the glossary open for me?

I am a NC Real Estate Commission licensed Educator. I was a certified housing counselor unit December, 2018 under The Affordable Housing Group . I was unabe to recertify due to my mother's illness and later her passing. I want to know if I have to go through the coursework to regain my certification.

What happens if the exam gets suspended? I am the supervisor for someone who's exam was suspended due to his head not aligned with his webcam and I need to know if he'll be allowed to retake the exam.
