I've have always had comprehension issues growing up and its very difficult for me to take test without reading questions out loud. If i could be able to take the test and read the questions out loud. this would be very helpful to me. I graduated college with a GPA of 3.71 and i have failed this exam 5 times already. I'm trying to register for the housing counseling exam. Where to I register.

I have two issues. I can not locate my agencies HCI # nor does my ID show now in my profile. Is there a step I am missing or something that needs done on my side to facilitate this??

It is more than 72 hours until my exam and it is not allowing me to reschedule my exam. after selecting the time, it doesn't allow me to click the acknowledgements checkbox and move forward. I am trying to push my exam back to 3/10 at 12:30p. Someone please help because I do not want to get charged extra.
