The exam kicked me out and took me to a login page that I have never accessed. Now I am missing my exam. Please help!!

Hi, I am scheduled to take the HUD housing exam tomorrow online at 10 am. However, I would like to take it in person and need help finding a testing location.

I'm able to see the training modules but I have no sound. I've tried using my desktop and I tried using my Ipad. Please assist with this problem. Thank you in advance.

Are there any audio options for the training modules? My on-screen reader is not functioning with the slides and I prefer to listen to the videos rather than use the reader on the PDF.

I reached out yesterday to request an opportunitu to reschedule this exam as I am sick. I attached the doctors note as well.i have yet to hear back. Can someone please contact me

I am a HUD Certified Housing counselor and wish to become HECM Certified, but I don't see any training available at HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov. Can you direct me? Thanks, Eileen

I am trying to register for the HUD test. I am in chrome and it is giving me a respone of the security submitted for this request is not valid.
