Need to schedule an exam I was unable to take

Hi, I have a question regarding the FHA Connection. I registered as a new user, to which I got an alert after, indicating that I will receive a mail with a code to activate the FHA Connection account. It has been over 7-10 business days and I still have not received it. Who do I need to contact in order to ask about this issue?

I was reviewing the summary from my assessment test and lost power before I was done reviewing. Can it be restored?

Does the training course have audio? I am not sure if my computer is experiencing technical difficulty.

The interactive training has no sound, is that normal or am I not having right equipment.

I am not able to see my results from pre test exam

I was attempting to reschedule an online exam as I was experiencing issues last week while in prelaunch and could not move further to access the exam, shows my receipt is expired

I selected the incorrect state when creating my account. Can you please help me change from Maine to Louisiana.
