Where is the study guide located

Hello. I am scheduled to take the test now but the system is down. I need assistance rescheduling so I don't get charged another fee.

I am having difficulties rescheduling for the Exam. Please advise

I am requesting a refund for the exam I took on Tuesday. I never could log to take the test. I did file a report with support. I tried to take the test again today and had the same problem. Kryterion refunded my 60 dollars for today but said I needed to speak to you all to get my money back for the expired exam.

I would like to know how I can appeal the testing I just took at the proctor facility. The testing site was horrible. There were bugs, temperature was cold and there was a lot of distractions. I have a special accommodation and there were too many distractions.

I passed my exam on 10/9. I was supposed to receive an email with information on the next steps of the process to apply for HUD Certified Housing Counselor status, but have not.

Hello, I paid to take my exam online but I have never been able to do the exam as I keep having some technical issues and now my time to take the exam has expired. Can you schedule me again to take the exam?
