Hello,

I am the lead project coordinator for certifying myself and 6 other staff members from my organization. All 7 of us have individual accounts and we will all be using the same company credit card to register for our exam (same time, same date).

However, I am the only person with access to the credit card information, and I am not able to disclose this with the rest of my staff. Would it be possible for me to register all seven of us for the certification exam? I have the date, time, and location I want to register for. Thank you very much in advance.

I was scheduled to take the exam on December 16th and was not able to log in properly. I contacted the urgent support and noticed 9 other people were having technical difficulties as well and they could not help with my issue. The site has been down since this date and I would like to request a refund or reschedule for the exam.

Certification exam was not recognizing our org's admin credentials, would not allow me to take the exam. Tried to reschedule the exam, but now my account is locked even after pw reset. Needing to reschedule but I can't get into my account.
