Hello. I took my exam today. Kryterion had some internet connections, as my test was stopped. I strongly believe that could have interfered with, my score. As I'm pretty confident in saying, this should have been a pass. Is there any way I can obtain information on the number of questions submitted. I've taken the test 5 times. 4 of which my score increased each time. Today it was lower than my high score. I have never had a reason to question my score. today is very different. I strongly feel connection issues could have affected my score. Please advise on any information that you have.

My name is Victoria Ford, not Victoria-Phoenix Ford. I passed the test, my Counselor ID is 8TH5BA. Some how an auto fill something or other put in my daughter's name, Phoenix. When they gave me my certificate, it has Victoria-Phoenix Ford. My name is Victoria Ford. It is now in the Connection as the wrong name. I need to correct ASAP.
