Ticket from Corliss E. Harlen - Certification Exam

On 11/11/22 I was scheduled for the HUD Counselor Testing however when I arrived and pulled the door the office was dark so assumed the office was closed due to the holiday. When I called this morning I was told the young lady might have been at lunch or I pulled the wrong door (they have two) and they have me down as a no show, we discussed some similarities which let her know that I was in fact there, such as a large bus on the lot and the mailbox with a flag. I'm requesting a refund or code to reschedule the test I can NOT afford to pay another $100 for the exam.

Good morning,

I have changed jobs and I'm required to provide my 10 digit Hud Exam number from when I tested over 2 years ago. I contacted Kryterion who advised that I needed to contact HUD. I've connected and filled out the information with FHA Connect, however my new employer needs the requested exam number. How can I obtain this information quickly. Please help.
