My exam is not starting on time

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam and complete the form at the bottom of the page.

To cancel or reschedule your exam, sign in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select Change Your Test Date in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. 

Follow the steps to reschedule or cancel your scheduled exam (canceled exams will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to schedule a new exam.

I registered and paid for the HUD counselor test for My employee Antoine Dukes on March 31. Tae test was scheduled for May 20, but the test status is showing as cancelled and it is not letting me reactivate it. Can you please let me knowhow to reactivate the exam?

Receipt is showing upcoming, I am not sure what this means, it does appear that you've charged my card for 100.00. I would like to confirm that I am scheduled to take the test on Friday, the 22nd. Please call 816-839-9061.

I have passed the test to be a hud certified housing counselor and worked that way for a few years before leaving my employer. I am looking at going back into this field and my potential employer asked for proof that I’m certified and passed the test. How do I get that?
