having problems configuring system for certification exam

I did not get my Exam Score

Today when I took my HUD exam at the testing center my test shut off twice in the middle of exam. I was already nervous to take this exam and when the test shut off it increase my anxiety levels. Which I know caused me to fail my exam. Is there anyway I can redo the test at a different location?

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.

There is a known browser error in which candidates are sometimes kicked out of Webassessor and asked to log back in.

How can I print Invoices for the payments made when I took the test?

Exam registration, cancellations, and changes are handled through your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.
