Kryterion blocked the exam for one of our counselors due to his glasses. He has worn them for previous examination attempts without issue. We want a full explanation of why a ADA medical assist was not allowed for his examination today.

Dear Counselor,

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam.

I never received an email with my a code that I need to have when I got take the test tomorrow? How do I move forward, can I get another email or can I find this code somewhere else? I checked the website and I don't see it anywhere.

Hello I have taken the HUD test 7 times and recently fail within 13 points 2twice. Are there an exemption so someone with epilepsy cognitive disabilities to pass with the scores i have already gotten. I have a neurologist and he would be happy to write you a letter if this is possible. I am wonderful at my job , i just cant pass this test because you have to read between the lines of what they are asking.
