Unable to launch exam, I've had to reschedule it three times today because not even our IT department knows how to handle. Kryterion was no assistance.

Good afternoon and thank you for your time. I am a Real Estate Broker. How long after training and passing the exam will I receive my certification? When can I begin attaching the certification to my marketing as a Certified HUD Housing Counselor to better serve my constituents? Do I need to be affiliated with HUD in any other capacity(ie. HUD Broker)?

I had an exam scheduled for June 1st at 4pm. I was having technical difficulties on the site/software which resulted in me not launching the test on time. The website crashed 3 times.& by the time I was in it was too late. Because of this, I would like to reschedule my exam without paying an additional fee.

The HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam is available in English and Spanish. Candidates with limited English proficiency and limited Spanish proficiency may request additional exam time.

Do I have to pay again to do a retake ?

Reasonable accommodations are provided to eligible test takers in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Are the training modules supposed to have sound? If so, how do we access the sound?
