When I check the dates and times for online exam, and go back to look at other times available, every time the dates and times change on me. Some reappear the same others that were there are no not there. and If I log out and come back in all have been changed again. I am in Mountain Time, I want to take the online exam on this Friday 11.19.2021 at 6AM at my office as our office opens at 8AM and it will not be quiet. can you help?

Results not showing up in HUD:

I am receiving an error message when I am trying to complete the FHA Connection Application, stating that my exam results are not there. Please Advise

I tried calling the number available on the site but the call would not go through. I am trying to get better insight into what I can submit for testing accommodations. I have an IEP but it has not been updated since college and they had the last record of it.

Your test date details are included in your Assessment Purchase Confirmation email. Your test date details are also located in the Countdown to Your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. You must be logged in to access your user profile. To change your test date, please log in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and visit the Exam Registration page.

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam and complete the form at the bottom of the page.
