Payment Issue - refer to Kryterion

I registered for a HUD Housing Counselors exam for today at 11am but was denied my seat due to an ID mismatch bc the name I used to register (Freddie) did not match the name on my Photo ID (Fredrick). I rescheduled for tomorrow and don't want to have the same issue. How do I change my name on Webassessor or for the test sponsor (Bixal)? I already went back to the HUD website and changed my name there but how can I do that for Bixal?

I am chatting online with someone from Kryterion now because my computer is not allowing some of the access that is needed for the exam and I checked it prior to todays testing schedule so I need to know what I can do now. Need my name changed to match my government ID for testing. Please advise how to do that.

I need to change my email as I work for a different agency now and I don't know how to do so and keep my original certification. My previous email was ntando.dube@bostonabcd.org. What should I do?

I passed my exam in 2019 but my dashboard still doesn’t reflect it. Please advise what I am missing.
