How can I change the employer, agency, and other information that I had previously entered after passing the exam?

I am an officer in bank advocate affordable housing and fair lending through community outreaching effort. One of the activity is education. I would like to become a HUD certified educator. My question is if I pass the counseling exam, do I need to have the certification registered under one of the non-profit housing agency or I can hold my certification independently ? what is the procedure/ solution for the situation like mine..

I was taking the test in my office and my son asked me a question, when I answered him, the test was suspended. May you please unsuspend so I can continue taking test?
