The "coupon/voucher" field is a standard field for the testing company. HUD does not provide voucher or coupon codes to offset exam costs. You may skip the "Submit" button and select "Check Out" at the bottom of the page to complete your purchase.

The practice exam is designed to give candidates a feeling for the format and style of test questions and the breadth of the subject matter in the test (90 questions that are not broken into smaller stand-alone sections). It is delivered in a similar format to the certification exam. The practice exam does not provide numeric scoring because performance on the practice exam does not guarantee passing results on the certification exam.

I dont see the exam

One of our employees, Ryan Hull, had an exam scheduled for 12/17/21 @ 615pm CST. He wasn’t feeling well so we moved it to tonight, 12/20 @ 615pm. When I went to turn on the computer it doesn’t have an exam for him tonight and didn’t show that I had bought one recently. I bought another one for tonight and was racking my brain knowing that it was scheduled and re-scheduled for tonight and when I went to get my receipt I noticed that it now says there was one on Friday that is expired. Can you refund me for tonight and let him take the new one I scheduled at 615 tonight please?

It says that I must submit my accommodation requests prior to registering for the exam. However, when I click on the link to start the submission of my accommodation documentation, it asks for specific dates and times I want to take the test. I am taking it online but i do not see or find any calendar in order to fill out this accommodation request. Where is the online schedule so I can submit this paperwork?

Hello, I have scheduled to take my exam on the 19th at 12PM and I have received confirmation for this date and time. Now my profile on HUD housing couselors.com states my test is on Dec. 20th. Can you please clarify which date my scheduled test is on as I wish to keep my original Dec. 19th date. Thank you
