How do I print my HUD Certification?

Call concerning reschedule/fee waiver

I scheduled an exam for this past Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 2:30. When I attempted to sign in to start the exam the site would not allow me access to start it. I called the support line for assistance and was unable to speak to anyone or leave a message. I also checked the website and looked at my receipt and it stated I paid for the exam to start at 2:30 am. I thought I scheduled it for 2:30 pm. I would not have purposely schedule it for 2:30 am. Is there a way i can reschedule it for this weekend?

I am trying to sign up for the HUD counseling exam in the state of CT and it is asking for a coupon/voucher code. Can you please provide as I forgot what I was using previously.

I was schedule for my exam at 12am, but I was on the site at 10am with no problem with logging in to my acct, but when it was time for the exam the system said my logged in, I reach out to the chat for assistance and the system support team was unable to get me logged in, so my exam has been rescheduled to Dec. 13, I need assistance logging in for this day to make sure i don't run into no problems, Thanks in Advance

The HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam is available in English and Spanish. Candidates with limited English proficiency and limited Spanish proficiency may request additional exam time.

Would I be charged an additional fee to reschedule? I am asking because I was wondering if I could reschedule my test for Tuesday, 12/7/21 at 1:00 p.m. instead of 12/6/21. I am taking my test at the testing center (Alpha Technical) If this will be an issue or if I will be charged an additional fee to reschedule then nevermind.

The exam fee has been refunded to the purchase card. It may take a couple of weeks to be reflected in your statement. You must purchase a new exam if you still wish to take it.

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam and complete the form at the bottom of the page.
