Hello, I have scheduled to take my exam on the 19th at 12PM and I have received confirmation for this date and time. Now my profile on HUD housing couselors.com states my test is on Dec. 20th. Can you please clarify which date my scheduled test is on as I wish to keep my original Dec. 19th date. Thank you

Hi I took the trail exam 2x's and the knowledge test today and I've tried to go back to look over the areas i needed to focus on. Unfortuantaley it will not let me go back. Is there a way that you might have access to this information? I thank you for your time in advance.

My test was rescheduled due to error at the testing station yesterday. I did not however, reschedule that and no one at my agency did it for me. I want to be able to schedule it on my own as the time that I got will not work for me and I cannot reschedule via this system.

I have been trying to load my HUD exam and it will not launch the exam. I need assistance in getting the program to launch

When I try to download Sentinel I get an alert that says "Sentinel.pkg” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. Please contact the developer of this software as it needs to be updated." I am not able to download the exam software so I had to reschedule my exam for a later date. Thank you for your help!
