The website says my exam is on January 8th but my email (and what I scheduled for) was January 7th at 11am. Can you please clarify my exam date so I don’t get marked as a no show on either date.

My name was entered incorrectly and I am unable to test. Can you please as to how I may correct my name in the system? My HUD profile reads name as it is listed on my ID.

Good morning, I was talking to Brandon on a chat and he was trying to help me sign in to take my exam. But for some reason, I'm not able to chat with him anymore to ask him how I can sign in to take my test, if telling me that I have the wrong password. Can someone please help me.
