Hi, my name is Heather Kreisel KREIF as in Frank El. My return phone call is 816-585-7655. I'm having issues getting past the two factor authentication on the head housing counselors.com page. I've set this up, it was set up to go to my phone, it's just not delivering the authentication.

I am currently going through the certification process.  I finished all the modules but need to log back in to access the practice exam and schedule to take the exam. The link below is where I'm trying to login; however, unable to do so due to the authentication error.  I need assistance in resetting it so I may start over in connecting the account to the microsoft authenticator.  I hope that makes sense?

I am trying to print my housing counselor certificate and I have tried the multiple authentication multiple times using both the Microsoft and the Google and I am now locked out of my account again.
