The codes being sent to my Google authenticator are "not valid" when I enter them when logging in. I cannot figure out why. Do you have any suggestions as to what I might do to correct the situation? I was unable to take the HECM exam at my scheduled time this morning - even with the assistance of Kryterion. My login on the HUD website (the first step in taking the exam) was not working. MY email is jjoyce@nhsmass.org - my password was correct - (I was not getting an incorrect password message - rather a contact support message) I had to reschedule the exam twice - and now am still unable to log in
