Reset my account please so I can add to my ticket and figure out how to fix the mess of my hud counseling accommodation exam that was canceled rescheduled canceled reschedules and now I couldn't even take it and NTC is awaiting a new date for me to come. My job is also looking for resolution.

I passed my HUD counselor exam back on 01/03/25, GA81389124 I am trying to submit to FHA connection, but am I supposed to put HECM or or certified as account type, and I don't have a hire date or Agency, as the one that's listed for Atlanta Georgia must not be operable as no one returns calls and there's no email to inquire about how to get assigned to them.
