Hello. I've been trying for quite a while now to log in to my account to take the practice exam. Unfortunately, I have been unable to get the two-factor authentication to work with my phone. I've tried everything I can think of, but the codes I'm receiving are not accepted by the program. Is it possible for you to delete my account on your end so that I can re-register? Hello. I received an email that I scored 0. Did any of my answers get recorded? I know I was having issues and I was told to reboot the system few times. Did that have an impact because I know I have answered a lot of them correctly. 0 doesn't make any sense. Any help is appreciated in this matter. Thank you!
