I was wondering if being a certified HUD counselor by taking the exam would boost my chances with HUD for being an REO agent if not could you please explain what is the certified HUD counselor certificate use for? Good afternoon. My name is Loisita Rodriguez. I am calling from Community Housing Innovations. I am calling because I have put in tickets. I've also emailed and left a voice message regarding my inability to be able to log in. They require a 2 step authorization but it will not allow me to move further than the login screen. When I do try to log in, a pink pop up comes up a pink tab stating that I must call customer support in order to get be granted access again.

I am not able to login into my account and it says that I need to contact support to access my account. I need to register for my test that I will be taking it online with reasonable accommodations. I will not be able to login into my account to view the status. Is there any way that someone will be able to email me to let me know what steps that I need to take to reset my account? Hi, my name is Johanna Murphy. I create an account with hudhousingcounselors.com. I set up the two factor authentication and I have a Microsoft authenticator app but it does every time I put the verification in it rejects that number and it tells me I have to plug in a new one and it just it does not let me. And I spoke to my offices tech people and they said you should I should call you guys to reset it. So if someone could please give me a call back.
