I paid for it but never took the test. Can you send me a link so I do not have to pay again?

I had emailed you all a couple weeks ago about my test & i still haven't heard anything back. My boss is needing to know something ASAP so i can take my test

Not receiving certificates for completed modules nor does it show modules as completed

I've tried to reset my password. It asks for a verification code, but when I check my email for such a code, I don't receive anything. I have left a message. Please advise. Much Appreciated.

Hello, I recently took the certification exam and failed, in the email concerning my score it states, "An email will be sent to you to provide feedback with recommendations for further study by topic." I have yet to receive this email and value the feedback that would be provided. Please let me know when I will receive this. Thank you
