Hello my exam was ended prematurely. I was on question 8 I believe when this happened . I received a message asking to keep my eyes focused on the exam, however, I never looked away from my computer. I did explain each time I strolled the page I would look slightly to the right to ensure my cursor was on the stroll bar. I explained I was testing at a table, I was asked to show table testing area by removing my camera I do not have a detachable camera but I was able to pick up my laptop and to try and show testing area.

Hi, I am very excited about taking my exam to be a HUD certified counselor. Thank you for having the option on being able to test virtually, that is what I chose. However, the set up and trying to work with Kryterion has been one-sided. I made my exam date on a Tuesday so that I could set up my Mac computer for the test I tried to do this on my own and was not successful so I reached out to them a few times with no response back. Their chat is just AI sending their article links that's what on their instructions so that is redundunt no help.

Hi, This is, I don't know, the 4th time I've sent a message about this. In module 2.1 of the interactive slides all of the written material states that closing costs are 3-4%. The answer in the knowledge check is 2-6%. In the PDF it states that it is 2-6%. Which is the correct range so that I can give that information to those studying to pass the exam!?!?!

I have completed the Pre-Assessment twice and all of the training modules. However, it is not reflected in my account. I would hate to have the same issues during the actual exam, especially since there is a fee. I started in October and tried again this month to see if these issues have been resolved and they have not. Please have your IS Administrator and/or IT Department further investigate these issues.
