I received a couple of my hud certificates in 2020 in certain categories and I have misplaced them. I’m wondering if I can get a copy or verification that I received them.

I am trying to schedule to take the HUD Test and need assistance. I would like to take it online. I have already downloaded the software and watched the video of all the requirements prior to taking the exam. My employer will be paying the $60 for me.

I am unable to log into my account. I am also scheduled to take the HUD Exam in several hours and cannot access the site.

I passed the HUD Housing Counselor Certification, however I work with Native American Tribes all over the U.S.A. as a subcontractor for NAIHC. I don’t work for a HUD Housing Counciling Agency, so what do I do now? According to the final rule on Tribal Housing Counselors I need something to happen quick, so I can be certified after passing the HUD Housing counciling certification test.

ACCOUNT LOCKED & UNABLE TO SETUP TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION: I have reviewed your previous instructions and I have reset my password multiple times. Even after my account was reset the blue hyperlink to "set-up two factor authentication" does not do anything. There is no option to provide a code or set up for two-factor log in. I have checked my security settings and enabled pop-ups, redirects, location, etc. I have also tried logging in from my phone and the link does not work either.

Hello, I became a certified HUD Housing Counselor when I worked at GreenPath Financial Wellness (from 2000 - 2009) located in Farmington Hills, MI. Can you confirm if my certification is still active? If so, how can I receive a copy of my certification? Thank you
