Good Morning, I have been studying for the exam for weeks. I contacted support last month to let them know none of my studying or assessments were being tracked or saved. They stated they knew it was occuring and would be fixing it. However, this morning when I attempted to schedule my exam it is still stating that I need to finish my knowledge assessment and I have. Even when I try the password reset, I am still unable to get past it requesting two factor authentication.
