I took the HUD Housing Counseling Certification Exam today and failed. It is mandatory that I retake the Exam as early as possible. Can I make another appointment to take the exam within a week? Preferably Wednesday, December 3, 2024.

I cannot get past two-factor authentication to log into my HUD Counselor Training account.

I went and took the Hud exam but the test results didn’t come straight to my email. It said I had to get on this site and it did pop up my score one time but it didn’t say what sections I need to study. Then I click back onto the site and it said I never took a test even when I was trying to reschedule the test cause I wasn’t ready to take it.

I am looking for a trail of correspondence regarding my accommodation request. My employing agency would like to see record of messages/emails between myself and HUD help desk/scheduling team. The system does not recognize that I have passed my certification exam. My Agency HCS ID is 80129 and my Housing Counselor ID is ZV2ZLQ. I have passed this exam back in 2020. Can you please update the system to reflect the correct exam status for my profile? Thanks!

Hi, I am scheduled to take the exam on 11/20/2024. The dashboard is different which has been a barrier to me rescheduling my exam. None of the links are available to reschedule. May I please get assistance to access it. The steps appear to have changed, It states that a knowledge assessment and pre-test is required prior to registering for the exam. I have mistakenly scheduled my exam for the wrong date, and I'm concerned that it will soon be within the 72 hour window. The link I clicked didn't send me to the correct page. How do I change my test date?
