Ticket from Gayla Mellen - Certification Exam

I had difficulty trying to get on to the test site and have rescheduled todays 9am test for this coming Wednesday the 20th. I know this was short notice, but I had no access to one of our IT people to help get set up early this am. This test set up is so difficult. I will schedule with someone to help me next Wednesday and have scheduled an afternoon test, instead of in the am. Hello, I'm in the middle of training and one of our housing counselors is unable to log in to schedule her certification due to an error that she keeps getting every time she's trying to log in: 'Contact support to reset your access' Participant's name: Marilourdes Miranda Email: mmiranda@consumerpr.org Is there a way that this can get resolved so that she can schedule her certification?
