I rescheduled yesterday when the program was having issues for today at 9:30. Then they automatically rescheduled it, which i didn't know, for yesterday at a different time. I need to reschedule my test for today. This is the second time something like this has happened

I'm trying to test and I'm not able to log in after resetting my Password is asking me to contact support. Please help! I'm late to test.

Not allowing me to put a password

Unable to set up two-factor authentication with my account. Also when I am logged in there is no record of the modules I have completed or the knowledge assessment.

I have previously completed several of the trainings and was able to see my progress at one point. But now when I log in it doesn't show my updated progress. It shows as if I haven't completed anything. Could you please help me troubleshoot this?

I cannot find where to register for the exam

Aloha, I have two users at our organization who are currently training to become certified HUD counselors. They keep receiving a notification about having MFA set up however upon clicking on the notification, it takes them to their profile page with nothing there to add to their authenticator app. Are we missing something? I believe they said they have one more login before being unable to access the training module. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
