I just want to confirm eligibility. I am the Jr. Compliance Officer for an FDIC regulated, non-member, community bank in Middle TN. Because we are FDIC regulated would be fall under a HUD approved agency? Or in general, am I eligible to receive certification.

She would like to retake the test in person as she is having issues navigating the requirements of the online exam. When she tried to register and pay for the in-person course, the system asked for a "code" ... what code are they wanting from her?
