I had technical difficulties with logging in to take the exam. I can provide photos of the issue. I have rescheduled the exam. Will we be charged an additional testing fee? I don't know how to contact my proctor to inform them of the issues I was having.

Hello, I'm in the middle of a HUD certification training and one of our counselors Abdul Aziz (aaziz@greenpath.com) is unable to schedule the exam.
