Good afternoon, I would like to voice my frustration with the HUD Exam. This is the second time I have taken it and failed. After the first time, I was told I would get an email letting me know what areas needed further study. I never received that email. Additionally, in every course I have taken that culminates with a final exam, you receive feedback on the correct and incorrect answers so that you know what areas need to be studied.

It wouldn't even let me sign into the part where the launch button is, I never got an email back and it still won't let me reschedule the test.
