telling me I need to contact support to reset my access

I have not receive my results from taken my exam

I can't login. I have requested a password reset, but the link I get does not take me to my account or to the reset password page. Instead, I get a message to contact support.

Hello, I am having trouble logging into my account due to the two factor authenticator. I downloaded the app, and paired my account but it is not generating the code. When I click set up two factor authentication in the app it tells me to scan a QR code and I am not sure where I am supposed to get that from. Can someone please help me so I can sign in to register for my exam today?

Cannot set up 2FA due to link not showing up.

I have reset my password successfully. Upon logging out and back in, I'm getting an error that my access needs to be reset.
