Can you reset my password? I continue to have issues installing the Two Factor Authentication. Is there any additional instructions beyond just links to the Google and Microsoft sites? Thank you!

I submitted a ticket this morning about being locked out of my account. The response said that I should submit another to unlock my account and then wait for the two-factor authentication set up to be back up and running to actually reset my password and login. Thank you

Hello, I do not know what else to do about this situation. The last link you sent me, last Thursday 10/10/24, I did not do it alone. I asked our IT network administrator to help me, and he couldn’t do it either. I am being redirected to a general Microsoft informational page that leads nowhere.
