I am trying to set up the 2 factor authenticator. I already downloaded the app to my phone and it gives me a one time code. But I don't know what to do from there. Can you please send me the steps to do after that?

I submitted a ticket this morning about being locked out of my account. The response said that I should submit another to unlock my account and then wait for the two-factor authentication set up to be back up and running to actually reset my password and login. Thank you
