I registered and passed the HUD exam using my former work email , which I don't have access to any longer. Can my previous profile be merged or added to my current profile using to show my HUD Certification status? Thanks!

This message is for Ajanta, I was supposed to take my HUD exam on 10/15/24 but our company had an internet outage that morning. I was not able to contact anyone to cancel my class or to see about rescheduling my class. Our company internet did not restore till 9:30am. There was no possible way of contacting you about the issue. I was hoping that it would not cost me any extra or I could reschedule. My email is aneville@garrettcac.org

Why can't I log into my account? I should not have to go through this over and over again. I already have done the authentication, but when I log in, I get a message saying unauthorized. It should not take this long, and this much effort to log in. I don't seem to get a text message with a code to type in. It's as if I'm just getting the runaround from you all.

I am trying yet again to get into my account to schedule another test date, but I can't get into my account. I have signed up for the 2-part sign in several times.
