Regarding HUD Exam Training about Closing Costs: We have found that the Study Guide Module 2.1 page 9 says closing costs are 2-6%. There is conflicting information in the Online Training Module 2.2 page 7. The answer to the knowledge check question is showing the 6% with the answer of $5400, but the information box still shows 3-4%. Are closing costs now 2-6%?
