Ticket from Sheila Whitfield - User Account

I previously had an account but can no longer access it although I used my saved username and password. I have emailed your agency several times about resetting my password, but continue to receive a response stating "Housing Counseling Agency identification number was missing from request", but I do not have a Housing Counseling Agency identification number. I am just trying to register to take my class. Now I am trying to create a new account and I am unable to due to my work email already being in the system. I need this issue resolved so I may take the housing exam.

Ticket from Marcia Brown-Williams - Certification Exam

I was schedule to take my exam this morning at 9:39am. I was not able to get inside our office building today before 9:30am. My supervisor and the assistant supervisor did not arrive into 9:30. I tried to hurry to sign on. When I finally found the site where people can sign on, it was 9:55. The comment was I was not able to take the exam for I signed in too late. I would like to sign in to take the exam at 1:00pm or 1:30pm, today. I would hate that I have lost my $6o.00. I hope I hear from someone before that time. Thank you,
