Need to reschedule housing counselor exam and can't do so with new site formate

Where is the two step application verification code sent? I am trying to login but when I get to this second step, I don't know how to access the code. Please advise

I do not receive a code from the Authenticator on my cell phone. I don't get a text of the code digit code.

Hi, I am trying to log in to prep for HUD exam but am not able to. It asks me to provide a 2-step verification code but I am not receiving one. I have my phone and my email open, but no code is forthcoming. Also tried re-setting my password but that did not work for the same reason. Please advise. Thanks!

I can not access the 2 step authentication process. I need the QR code or set up Key to set up through Google Authenticate. I did not have an authenticator prior to signing up and set that afterward. Please help me access my account so I can continue with training. Thank you.

This is what I received from hud support. Two-Factor Authentication To prevent unauthorized access to your account, Two-Factor Authentication is required upon sign in. What is the next step, so I can go into the site, Karen Carey-Bonner kcbonner@comcast.net 651-307-7795

I have registered for the HUD counselor exam, but I need assistance with setting up. I have managed to lock myself out of my account. Please help with unlocking my account so that I may initiate the process towards reaching the requirements to take the exam.
