My agency's off-site IT service is having difficulties setting up my computer for my extam Friday, September 13 at 8:45am. There are certain links that seem to go no where, and the practice test calculator is not responding to input. Where do I go to get my Webassessor credentials, or log into my Webassessor portal? I would like to see about changing my testing location from my agency to the local testing location (NVU-Lyndon) because I am not confident of the hardware/software/network that I would be accessing my exam through.

I do not remember what the 6 digit verification code is and it will not allow me to do anything without it.

For the online proctored exam, are we allowed to have notes available to use? Do we need to be in a space alone, can it be done at home or office location? I cannot find the test guidelines for online testing. I am scheduled to test online on 9/12/2024

Hello, My name is RaeAnna Hudnell. I was supposed to take an online test on August 23, 2024, at 7:45p. It would not let me take the test even though I downloaded everything needed and tested my computer. I would like a refund. I have sent an email through support and no one has gotten back to me at all. Can someone please help me with this matter?

I have now left a VM to receive tech assistant. I email you last week, mentioning that I was having trouble with the next step to go into my account. Tech assistant didn't send me a ticket. When I tried to complete the next step, it would not accept the password that was given to me. If someone can call me to provide me information on the next step I would appreciate it, as I'm an going to take a couple of day to review, take the practice test, and the final test.

Hi. I took the HUD Housing Counselor Exam on Saturday, September 7th and I didn't receive an email with my results. Please let me know how to get that information.

I have paid to take the HUD Housing Counselor exam twice. Both times I have not been able to access the test. Today I began the login process 45 minutes before the test and still could not get through. I tried twice with Kryterion support and after identifying me both times they sent me to HUD HOUSING SUPPORT. I tried the phone # 210-489-1461 but only recieved voice mail. I was able to get 2 password re-sets but both times the link would not allow me to log in. My phone # should you want to call is 386-627-3182. Thank you.

I cannot get any assistance from Kryterion to access the test for HUD Housing Counselor. I have taken the course and would like to get the certification. I have been trying for quite a while now.
